Thanks to the fine separation of the solid particles in suspension contained in the sucked water sludge, our recycling system allows to re-use such water without damaging the high pressure pump.
Main advantages:
• CONTINUOUS FILTERING WITHOUT PERFORMANCE LOSSES, by means of a sequence of some filters of different functions and sizes.
• EASY TO USE BECAUSE THE SELF-CLEANING FILTERS DO NOT CLOG. The tank filter is equipped with a special mechanical scraping device.
• A FINAL FILTERING SIZE OF 700 m (TANK FILTER), IS GUARANTEED.
• THE SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY CONVEYS THE SUCKED WATER DIRECTLY INTO THE SPECIFIC COMPARTMENT:
1. SLUDGE COMPARTMENT, decanting by gravity of heavy particles;
2. RECYCLED WATER COMPARTMENT, normally used for sewage line cleaning operations;
3. FRESH WATER (OPTIONAL), to be used by the operator when the system starts off and for the final cleaning operation of the filters.
• LOW WORKING COSTS THANKS TO THE CONTINUOUS WATER AVAILABILITY (LONG WATER AUTONOMY). Recycling the water sucked from the sewage line, the equipment does not need to be refilled by fresh water, saving time and fuel consumption.
• WITH THIS RECYCLING SYSTEM, THE SEPARATED SOLID PARTS DO NOT RETURN BACK INTO THE SEWAGE LINE.
• NO SAND-BLASTING EFFECTS, CONSEQUENTLY NO SEWER DAMAGES.
• FINAL DISCHARGE OF ONLY THICKENED SLUDGE WITH A MINIMUM PERCENTAGE OF WATER.
OPERATING DESCRIPTION – FILTERING STAGES
The polluted water sucked inside the tank is firstly processed by a primary filter (TANK filter) which separates the solids from the water down to about 700 μm filtering degree

Tank Filter
Filtration is carried out by a rotating slotted sieve drum with 700 μ slot width. Clogging of the drum is prevented by a system of stripping. There are nozzles in the centre, which can automatically clean it entirely with fresh water after work has been completed.
An automatic height adjuster allows the coarse filter to be positioned at all times in accordance with the sludge liquor level. The region, in which the water is cleanest, is underneath the sludge liquor level. The filter is fitted on the rear cover.
The speed is setting through the quantity regulator at a speed of the car motor of 1000 rpm.
Motor Speed: 35 rpm

Recycling Pump
The Recycling Pump is a maintenance-free pump with a coupled hydraulic motor. It can draw up to 90% vacuum out of the sludge tank. The pump does not require any cleaning.
Speed: 1.250 rpm
The speed is setting through the quantity regulator at a speed of the car motor of 1000 rpm.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION
Vacuuming up road gully sludge & filling with clear water
The dirt is sucked up from the road gully. The sludge is then separated from the water in the vehicle with the help of a polymer additive. The treatment system purifies the water with up to 20-30 microns to clear water. The WRS-002 treatment system works automatically and continuously during shaft cleaning. The clear water for refilling the sump is delivered via a separate water return line.
As a suction vehicle
It is suitable as a suction vehicle for all types of sludge, including hazardous waste. Dry suction and vacuum pumps up to 2.000 m3/h with a continuously high vacuum of 92% guarantee unrivaled suction power. With ADR hazardous goods equipment, the suction vehicle can be used to vacuum hazardous waste. Dry filters are used for suctioning dry media such as dust.
As a sewer cleaning combi with water recovery
The WRS-002 manhole recycler can be easily switched to normal sewer cleaning with or without water recycling. The water recycling system works with the tried and tested WRS-002 filter, which is effective even with very heavily soiled sewers. The treatment system works continuously at flushing capacities of up to 500 l/min.
As a flushing vehicle
With high-pressure pump capacities of up to 500 l/min and 200 bar and correspondingly large flushing reels, this vehicle is a high-performance flushing vehicle.
